The Alinea Group is bringing our world-class dining experience to new cities, and we’re looking to connect with talented hospitality professionals who may be interested in joining us.

We will be hosting pop-up operations in Beverly Hills, CA, Brooklyn, NY, and Miami, FL, and are gathering a pool of potential candidates to assist with these temporary events. If you live in or near one of these cities and have a passion for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!

Support Roles

Roles: Dishwashers, BOH Porters

General Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dish areas
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all serviceware is properly cleaned and sanitized
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries, stocking supplies, and waste disposal
• Support BOH operations by ensuring workstations are clean and stocked
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup at the end of service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality support role
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle a physically demanding role
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
• Availability to work during the pop-up period in your city
