About the Role

Our Business Operations team is small but mighty, owning everything from weekly reporting and financial modeling to business development and operational improvements. We work cross-functionally to drive profitability, enhance guest and employee experiences, and push the boundaries of innovation in hospitality. As a Business Operations Analyst, you’ll have a direct impact on both the day-to-day performance and long-term growth of our restaurants and company.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with HR, Accounting, Marketing, IT and our restaurant operators to execute projects and improve operations.
Financial Modeling: Analyze P&Ls and lead budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial accountability across restaurant teams.
Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue through menu & pricing strategy, new offerings, marketing, and press.
Project Management: Drive new initiatives from ideation through post-launch analysis.
Business Development: Support business development efforts including launching pop-up restaurants, activations, and new restaurant openings.
Reporting: Deliver weekly performance reporting, trend analysis, and actionable insights to leadership and our restaurant operators.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in operations, finance, project management, or consulting.
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, hospitality, or a related field.
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

Desired Qualifications

Background in hospitality operations
Experience with business development or working in a fast-pace startup environment
Financial planning, modeling, and reporting experience
Experience with analytics or dashboard tools

Schedule:

Monday - Friday
Hybrid/On-Site (minimum 3 days per week in office, on-site)
40+ hours/week
Office Location: Fulton Market
